About The Role We're seeking two experienced HR Business Partners to work closely with leaders and employees, providing trusted and practical people and culture insights, advice and support. In these critical roles, you will partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with, enable and drive business objectives,a positive and engaging work environment, operational outcomes, and organisational success. As a trusted partner, you will provide guidance in all areas of people and culture, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, culture and leadership. You would be joining the People Safety and Culture department, a passionate and fun team eager for your contribution to the delivery of an exciting plan program of impactful partnering initiatives. You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will… Partner with passionate people leaders to provide advice, and design and deliver workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, culture and leadership strategies that directly support business outcomes. Provide specialist advice in the development and implementation of change programs to increase organisational effectiveness. Leverage people and culture analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive action. Develop and implement policies, programs and initiatives that support the achievement of organisational objectives. Coach and support people leaders to build capability and consistency in people management. Provide guidance and support to people leaders and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring employee relations are fair, constructive, compliant with policies and procedures, and conducted with respectand sensitivity. Working collaboratively with people leaders in the delivery of organisational development and culture change programs that increase organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and performance. Reviewing and reporting on people and culture metrics and providing actionable insights. Providing HR advisorysupport, coaching, mentoring and counselling to all employees with calmness and confidence. Providing effective and timely advice and counsel across all areas of people and culture. Developing relationships as a credible and influential partner across complex, diverse environments.
