Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, VIC, for a Vaults Consultant and Security Guard. The role involves providing premium customer service, consulting clients on secure storage options, assisting with the management of safe deposit boxes and other vault services, and enforcing security protocols to safeguard client valuables. Additional duties include monitoring electronic systems and maintaining the physical security of the premises.
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service
* 2+ years' experience in customer service, client services, banking, customer relationship, or call centre roles
* Ability to work onsite in high-security environments and manage sensitive customer interactions with confidentiality
* Flexible and reliable with a strong understanding of security systems and protocols
