Job Title: Learning & Development Partner
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Learning & Development Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering transformative learning experiences that empower our people to grow, lead and thrive.
This is a high-impact role where creativity meets strategy – supporting regional development while influencing global learning design. You will lead the charge on instructional design, e-learning, facilitation, and program management, while owning key initiatives like graduate development, induction training, and LMS optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging, learner-focused content for both face-to-face and digital delivery.
* Translate complex technical knowledge into accessible, impactful learning experiences.
* Contribute to global instructional design projects, bringing fresh ideas and regional insights.
LMS Management:
* Own the Learning Management System (LMS) for ANZ—ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting, and a seamless user experience.
* Set up courses, manage users, and maintain system integrity.
* Provide training and support to stakeholders and collaborate globally to align LMS standards.
Graduate & Leadership Development Programs:
* Lead the design and delivery of the ANZ Graduate Development Program.
* Support and coordinate Global Leadership Development Programs delivered in ANZ.
* Partner with leaders and the People & Culture team to align with workforce strategy.
* Track progress and celebrate success.
Program Facilitation:
* Deliver high-energy workshops and development sessions that inspire and engage.
* Champion a culture of continuous learning and growth across the region.
* Tailor facilitation to suit technical and non-technical audiences.
Induction & Compliance Training:
* Manage induction and compliance training to ensure every employee starts strong and stays informed.
* Keep content fresh, relevant, and aligned with business and regulatory needs.
* Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance across the region.
About the Role:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications such as HR, Learning & Organisational Development, Psychology or related fields.
* Additional certifications in learning design or facilitation are advantageous.
* Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning, ideally in a technical or consulting environment.
* Strong facilitation skills and a passion for engaging learners.
* Experience with development programs, induction, and compliance training.
* Hands-on LMS management experience.
* Proficiency in learning technologies.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
