You will be Workplace Relations Lawyer at the 2-7 year PAE level.
Your new role
Will see you working closely with a recognised industry market leader. Undertake IR strategy, discrimination and Enterprise Bargaining; provide training sessions to your HR advisors; Award compliance; underpayment matters; restraint of trade; interpretation of Modern Awards & Enterprise Agreements; unfair dismissals; due diligence; general protection claims before the Fair Work Commission.
Act for clients in the hospitality, retail, restaurant, professional services and banking & finance areas.
