What You Bring:
* 2–3 years of retail leadership experience or Store Manager from a smaller format.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and service.
* A passion for mentoring and developing others, as well as proven success in achieving sales and performance targets.
* Ability to train and develop staff, focusing on career growth and development.
