Fluid is a rapidly growing Plumbing, Electrical & HVAC residential service business, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Central Coast and Newcastle region!
This role focuses on converting existing quotes & estimates into booked jobs - working with warm leads, not cold prospects.

Key Responsibilities
* Follow up on open quotes, estimates and unapproved work.
* Contact customer via phone, SMS and email.
* Build rapport and convert opportunities into sales.
* Overcome objections and close with confidence.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Service Titan)
* Assist in building and improving: Sales Scripts | Follow-Up Process

Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Experience in sales, inside sales, call centre or customer service sales.
* Strong commication and closing skills.
* Ability to work towards KPI's and targets.
* Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline.
Highly Regarded:
* Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC or home services.
* Experience with Service Titan or similar CRM platforms.
* Background in high ticket sales or trade services.
