Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced leader to run operations, build momentum and shape the future of our community organisation.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day operations, support the Board and deliver key governance functions. They will ensure compliance, reporting and organisational discipline. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders is also a key part of this role.

You'll bring:
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in NFP/community services. They should have strong financial management skills (budgets, reporting, compliance) as well as governance capability (Company Secretary experience highly regarded). A confident people leader who can build trusted relationships is essential for this role.
Knowledge of local Illawarra communities would be a plus.
