Prospero Teaching Australia is partnering with a well‐established Catholic secondary school in Brisbane to recruit a dedicated Support Teacher: Inclusive Education for an immediate start. This role is available on a full‐time or part‐time basis and runs until the end of the school year.

The Ideal Teacher Will:
* Be a qualified and registered teacher (or eligible for QCT registration).
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and disability support.
* Create nurturing, ordered, learner‐centred environments.
* Collaboratively develop and implement personalised learning adjustments.
* Support the creation and monitoring of Personalised Support Plans (PSPs).
* Understand NCCD processes, evidence requirements, and timelines.
* Implement adaptive, equitable teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Work closely with teachers, leadership, families, and external stakeholders.
* Build positive relationships and contribute to the pastoral care of students.
* Support the school's Catholic ethos and community values.
