The Role
We are looking for multiple Senior Software Engineers to work on high-impact national platforms that support critical services across Australia. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing complex systems within a secure and collaborative environment.
Your duties will include:
* Designing, developing and maintaining core system components
* Building and enhancing applications aligned to business requirements
* Performing code reviews, testing and system improvements
* Supporting system integration and transition activities
* Collaborating with project and business teams to deliver outcomes
Skills and experience we are looking for:
* Strong experience in Java and JEE frameworks
* Experience with containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes
* Front-end development experience (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript)
* Experience working in Agile or waterfall project environments
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience integrating third-party or off-the-shelf solutions
* Strong communication and documentation skills
