Your new role
We have upcoming full-time opportunities within banking and finance, offering flexible and hybrid work models once fully trained and past probation. You will be using your top notch customer service skills when speaking to customers over the phone, to assist them with various enquiries. Every interaction will be a world class customer experience because of you!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer queries via phone and email, always focusing on the customer's needs
* Ensuring that customer requests are actioned efficiently and effectively
* Administration and data entry
Your skills and experience
* Customer service experience from any industry - retail, hospitality, fitness, aviation, finance, insurance, call centre
* You will have the natural ability and desire to help others as well as building trusting relationships
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* You thrive in busy environments
* You're empathetic, compassionate & professional
