A key part of your role is collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business. You meet with vendor management, operations, product management and other retail teams to discuss implementing new automation to streamline our forecasting and buying processes. You closely monitor customer experience metrics, then work closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop action plans for driving improvements. You also help build reporting to equip the Australia leadership with timely, data-driven insights. Throughout the day, you balance urgent operational needs with longer-term strategic projects. This could involve joining global calls to contribute your local market expertise as the team develops the roadmap for supply chain automation initiatives.
