We're excited to introduce our two-year Graduate Development Program, carefully designed to provide you with a seamless start to your consulting career.
As part of our design teams, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, contribute to bids and tenders, and even get hands-on experience with occasional site work.
Throughout the program, you'll have the chance to explore various career pathways within GHD, from Water Assets & Infrastructure to Project Management.
In your first year, we'll focus on the fundamentals of consulting to help you establish a strong foundation in the industry. By year two, you'll have the flexibility to tailor your development to suit your interests and career aspirations.
Career Pathways
* Water Assets & Infrastructure: Work on pipelines, pump stations, and other related projects.
* Surface Water & Catchments: Contribute to hydrology, flood modeling, and other surface water-related projects.
* Dams: Work on dam-related projects.
* Structures & Bridges: Focus on Geelong-based structural and bridge projects.
* Transport Infrastructure: Work on aviation, pavements, roads, and highways projects.
* Project Management: Develop project management skills and expertise.
