About the role
We're seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead our Kalgoorlie branch, focusing on service delivery and operational excellence. Working closely with Sales and Operations, you'll support key Goldfields customers, provide expert GET advice, and maintain a strong site presence. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient service aligned with business growth and customer satisfaction.
Here's what your day-to-day would look like:
* Support daily warehouse operations, including forklift operation, stock handling, and dispatch when required.
* Maintain compliance with safety and warehouse standards.
* Ensure all branch business activities are carried out efficiently and professionally, in accordance with company policies and standards.
* Ensure timely delivery of services or products, and address initial client queries or concerns.
* Provide expert GET and fitment advice to customers, ensuring solutions meet their operational needs.
Our ideal candidate:
* Experience operating a forklift (mandatory).
* Minimum 3 years experience with GET parts, including in-depth knowledge of mining and construction heavy machinery requirements, applications, and fitment practices.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Client-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
* Flexibility to travel to different client sites.
