We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contact with health professionals, clients and their families, as well as funding bodies.
* Process customer quotes and secure funding approvals.
* Manage data in the CRM system.
* Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debt recovery processes.
The successful applicant will thrive in a team environment, have a minimum of five years' experience in administration and ideally experience working in a healthcare environment.

* Follow up on overdue accounts and manage debt recovery processes.
* Assist in the organisation and management of client appointments.
Requirements
* Minimum five years' experience in administration.
* Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
