About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-quality, end to end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles. From corporate functions to frontline in our manufacturing operations, this role will offer variety, ownership and the chance to build strong partnerships across the business – all while ensuring the candidate and hiring manager experience is a positive one.
What your day looks like:
* Partner with P&C Business Partners to plan and deliver against active vacancies and succession pipelines
* Own and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process focused on experience and efficiency, including:
* Interview coordination and feedback collation
* Pre-employment checks and offer logistics
* Liaising with People Operations to support onboarding
* Use fit-for-purpose sourcing methods (we have LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant, talent pools, referrals) to identify quality candidates
* Reduce time-to-fill by leveraging the system SuccessFactors and driving quick-win improvements like templates, scoring, and ready-now candidates
* Maintain and activate an annual sourcing calendar aligned with brand marketing and social channels
* Act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
* Aim to continuously improve candidate experience and process performance
* Contribute to initiatives that reduce agency usage and strengthen TAG's internal recruitment capability.
Ingredients for success
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
* Previous experience in an internal talent acquisition role, with experience in FMCG and/or food manufacture desirable
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
* Strong practical understanding and application of SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to conduct specialist sourcing campaigns utilising channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter
