Description
A Key Role in Our In-House Sourcing Team
We are excited to be expanding our in-house Sourcing team to support our growing staffing business. As a Recruitment Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, researching, and engaging with potential candidates for open positions.
This is the first step in the career path of Recruiter here at DPC. In this role, you will receive extensive training and critical hands-on experience to gain trajectory on this career path. We believe that all people should love their jobs, and we would love to offer that to you.
In this role, you will:
* Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal database, and networking.
* Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
* Post job openings on various platforms and company career pages and engage with applicants.
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit and gauge their interest in available roles.
* Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are up to date.
* Work closely with Recruiters as well as Account Executives to understand job requirements and specific candidate needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
* 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a talent acquisition-based environment (Staffing, Sourcing, Human Resources, Recruiting, etc.)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal staff and external candidates.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay organized (detail-oriented) in a fast-paced environment.
* Desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
* You are personable, optimistic, and fearless of engaging with new people.
* You define GRIT - passion and perseverance to accomplish long-term goals.
* You enjoy working in a competitive, metric-based organization where accomplishments are publicly recognized and celebrated on a regular basis.
