Your Role
* Handle all incoming buyer enquiries
* Conduct open inspections and private appointments
* BUILD rapport, qualify buyers, and progress them through the sales journey
* Negotiate and close sales with confidence
* Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
* Provide weekly reporting directly to the Managing Director
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in residential sales (apartment sales highly regarded)
* Immaculate presentation and professional communication skills
* Confident, articulate, and able to build trust quickly
* Positive attitude with ability to handle pressure
* Strong organisational skills and self-management
* Driven to achieve results while maintaining exceptional client service
* Must operate under own ABN as full-time contractor
