Support Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide administrative support in our office.

* Welcome clients with a professional front-desk greeting and phone handling
* Manage appointments using digital systems (training provided)
* Process payments (EFTPOS/HICAPS/third-party billing) efficiently
* Handle email management and correspondence effectively
* Scan and upload documents to electronic files securely
* Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
* Assist professionals with admin tasks, forms, and workflow
* Solve problems, anticipate needs, and take initiative

* You should be mature, reliable, and highly organised
* Have a strong ability to multitask
* Exhibit excellent communication and people skills
* Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Show the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
* Be a fast learner with initiative and common sense
* Be comfortable in a busy environment
* Display a professional and confident phone manner
* Show tech savviness and comfort with digital systems
* Exhibit a positive, friendly, and calm approach
