Technical Support Specialist
This role involves working independently and as part of a team to provide technical support to customers, ensuring they feel confident with our products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide Technical Expertise: Offer expert knowledge and instruction on equipment operation and maintenance, providing resources to customers as needed.
* Identify Customer Needs: Understand customer learning needs and develop individualized plans to support their growth.
* Maintain Equipment: Carry out proactive maintenance, resolve technical difficulties, and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal performance.
* Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate all maintenance and repair actions to customer management and complete necessary paperwork.
Requirements:
* Strong Analytical Skills: Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
* Multi-Skilled Advantage: Knowledge of plumbing, potable water systems, mechanical, and electrical systems is beneficial.
Other Requirements:
* A current driver's license is required, and occasional travel may be necessary.
* The ability to provide an out-of-hours service to hospital wards and/or patients is essential.
