Customer Service Officer (Casual Position)
The Shire of Collie is seeking a Casual Customer Service Officer.
The successful candidate will be based at the Shire of Collie Administration Building, where they’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our community.
Responsibilities
- Frontline Customer Support: Assisting residents and visitors at reception, by phone, and via email.
- Administration: Processing payments, applications, and enquiries with accuracy and care.
- Community Assistance: Guiding customers to the right information, services, or team members.
- Team Contribution: Supporting colleagues across a range of administrative and customer service tasks.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer-facing position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Hands-on experience with point-of-sale systems.
Remuneration
An attractive hourly rate of between $31.17 and $33.78 will be offered based on skills and experience.
