We are looking for multiple Sales Associates to join some of our high performing teams throughout Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about the industry and are wanting a strong and successful career under the leadership of a successful agent!

What your day will look like:

* Assisting the lead agent with daily prospecting, attending open inspections, management of listings and sales
* Database management and calling through the database to create appraisal leads
* Administration tasks such as diary management, vendor and buyer communication, and project management
* Meeting individual and team KPI’s and budgets
* Exceptional customer service and client management

Who you are:

* Hold a current Real Estate License (or currently studying) - Certificate IV in Property Services
* Experience in real estate (preferred)
* Experience in CRM systems (Agent Box is preferred if experienced in real estate)
* High level of customer service
* Strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and consistent high attention to detail
* Strong technology skills and ability to adapt to a variety of systems
* An initiative driven mindset and ability to work independently
