We are now seeking an experienced
Project Delivery Coordinator
to add a critical piece to our project delivery framework, supporting complex programs that directly impact South Australians\' path to home ownership within a values-driven, purpose-led environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across the organisation. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and successful outcomes. This role is a
2 year, fixed term contract
ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives on managing multiple priorities, and brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with coordination of project activities, documentation, and reporting.
Support agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and engagement activities.
Assist with procurement processes and financial tracking.
Ensure alignment with corporate governance and strategic objectives.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
Exposure to complex programs, ideally within government, corporate, or large-scale environments.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Working knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
Financial acumen and experience supporting procurement and budgeting.
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Agile platforms.
A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a bonus.
