We are currently seeking a 3rd or 4th year apprentice or recently qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our busy and growing workshop. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with modern heavy vehicle fleets in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Servicing, maintenance, and repair of heavy vehicles and trailers
* Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
* Carrying out preventative maintenance and inspections
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with safety regulations
* Maintaining accurate service records
Requirements:
* Currently in 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship or recently qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Commitment to workplace health and safety
* Driver's licence
