The role focuses on developing recent graduate brokers and driving them to achieve sales targets through hands‐on leadership, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Additionally, you will play a key part in team planning, recruitment, and promoting the Aussie Platform to enhance customer experiences. Solid internal and external stakeholder engagement is essential.
