About the role
A global scientific and engineering solutions company supporting R&D, labs and industrial operations is seeking an organised and detail-driven Operations Administrator to support day-to-day service operations. This role suits someone who enjoys coordinating suppliers, keeping documentation audit-ready, and maintaining accurate pricing data in internal systems.
What you'll be doing:
Outsourced services coordination
* Coordinate outsourced service providers to ensure jobs are completed on time and to quality standards
* Administer outsourced jobs end-to-end in internal systems (from quotation through to completion)
* Escalate and follow up service delivery issues and keep internal stakeholders updated
Supplier documentation & compliance
* Collect, review, file and maintain supplier documentation to meet internal policy and regulatory requirements
* Manage version control and notify stakeholders of documentation changes (audit readiness)
Pricing & operational admin
* Enter and maintain pricing data, including monitoring validity/expiry
* Meeting minutes
* Purchase order tracking
* General operational support as required
What we're looking for:
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and confident overall computer literacy
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in an operations or technical environment is beneficial, but not essential
