Main Responsibilities:
* Support project managers, supervisors, and crew members to ensure successful project execution.
* Maintain compliance with quality standards and procedures for painting/blasting works.
* Contribute to task planning and risk analysis, conduct regular audits, and uphold quality benchmarks.
Essential Requirements:
* NACE CIP 2 certification
* Superb communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Experience in marine, asset remediation, and infrastructure projects, including blasting & painting, and concrete rehabilitation works
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems – progressing, ITPs, QA/QC liaison
