As a result of continued growth within Seisma Group, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Technical Architect to join one of our premium clients in Geelong.

Role 
As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll work closely with project teams and customer stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. You’ll leverage Salesforce core and Industry Cloud functionalities to deliver customer requirements quickly with minimal customisation. 
Responsibilities 
- Turning program designs into scalable, configured solutions. 
- Leading implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration. 
- Working across all phases of the project lifecycle. 
- Driving deployment strategies and ensuring compliance with best practices. 
- Acting as a mentor, knowledge sharer, and champion in the Salesforce ecosystem. 
Qualifications 
- 5+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience. 
- Strong expertise in application design, integration, security, and CRM implementations. 
- Hands-on skills with Salesforce Industries (PSS/Health Cloud/Education Cloud), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud. 
- Technical expertise in Salesforce/Apex, Lightning Flows, LWC, OmniStudio, BRE, and integration/security best practices. 
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. 
- Ability to design, optimise, and deliver business processes through technology.
