Job Qualifications for our Home Health Aides or CNA's:
* Minimum of one year work experience in any field (such as retail, restaurant, etc.)
* CNAs – current or expired CNA license from any state
* HHA's Minimum one year of Direct Home Care experience with another Home Health agency
* Nursing Students – completion of the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation
Job Responsibilities for our Home Health Aides or CNA's:
Assist our clients with the following:
* Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
* Bathing
* Grooming
* Toileting
* Nail care
* Range of Motion exercises
* Ambulation
* Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
* Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
