Launched in 2013, Industry Beans is an award-winning specialty coffee roaster, café operator and retail brand. Starting out in Melbourne, Industry Beans now operates venues in Sydney and Brisbane, too.
Industry Beans Newstead is our largest venue with a café, restaurant and coffee roastery all housed within an architecturally designed warehouse conversion. With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and innovative cooking techniques, the menu at Newstead strikes a beautiful balance between café staples, signature dishes and high-quality share plates. Working from a brand new, state-of-the-art kitchen, our team of Chefs work together to produce exceptional food 7 days a week.
The Role
We're looking for passionate Chef De Parties to join our BOH team on a Casual basis. Our Chefs work in a team to deliver a delicious and innovative menu. We encourage and promote a healthy work-life balance and do everything we can to ensure you can be proud and happy within your role.

You’ll be perfect for this role if you have:
* Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery as well as a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
* A sound understanding of all kitchen operations
* A passion for innovative cooking techniques
* A modern approach to kitchen and food management
* Creativity in food plating
* A positive and professional demeanour
* Available to work on weekends
