What you'll do
* Support senior recruiters across Government, University and NFP portfolios
* Source exceptional candidates across corporate services, research, innovation, policy, finance and operations
* Build talent pipelines and manage candidate engagement end-to-end
* Prepare briefs, shortlist packs and market mapping
* Learn best-practice recruitment, relationship management and stakeholder engagement
* Foster client relationships across Government, University and NFP.
