As well as coaching and developing your team, you will lead by example speaking to key Dulux Trade account holders across the country. This role and business function is key to enabling our Trade growth strategy. You will be supported with great leadership and structure that will set your team up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a high performing contact centre sales and service team which fully meets its objectivesEnsure outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirementsManage and update customer key information within CRM databaseEnsure exceptional quality and customer service standards are active and maintained through call management observation and interdepartmental feedbackSkills & ExperienceTeam leadership of a phone-based sales teamStrong listening skills with curious intent and empathetic approachExcellent communication skills with ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insightsA target-driven attitude ready to embrace KPIsHow to apply:We are looking to speak with you asap, please apply online!
