Job Title
The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth for high-value partners through omnichannel creative, activation, and measurement initiatives via an innovative ad management platform.
This position has five primary objectives:
* Cultivate strong client relationships
* Provide strategic support and guidance as a consultant
* Retain and grow revenue from existing business
* Manage daily account operations
* Develop and mentor direct reports, Associate Client Success Managers
The Client Success Manager is expected to evolve into a leadership and strategic role within the Account Management organisation, working on top-tiered accounts. This position will collaborate with senior stakeholders to bring expertise and deliverables that meet clients' digital marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
* Account ownership and project management, leading stakeholders and teams
* Collaboration to cultivate client partnerships and develop engagement strategies
* Presenting and influencing digital marketing strategy recommendations to stakeholders
* Developing deep understanding of clients' overall business goals and providing consultative guidance on digital marketing strategies
* Leading client-facing calls and meetings, including status updates and reviews
Additional responsibilities include:
* Revenue growth and commercial acumen
* Direct report management and growth
Requirements include:
* 4+ years of professional experience in digital media, including account management, sales, or ad operations
* People management experience and passion for motivating direct reports
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Project management skills and ability to meet tight SLAs
* Strategic mindset and initiative-taking abilities
