Purpose of the role :
Help OML discover exceptional talent and contribute to building a strong workforce that drives organizational success.
1. Systems & Network Administration
Google Workspace Mastery: Manage the Google Admin Console, including user provisioning (ID creation), 2FA configurations, password resets, and critical data backups.
Networking & Security: Configure and maintain Firewalls, VPNs, and Wi‐Fi networks to ensure a secure and seamless connection for the agency.
Server Management: Oversee NAS servers, manage user permissions, allocate storage space, and execute rigorous backup protocols.
2. Asset & Lifecycle Management
Onboarding/Offboarding: Lead onboarding and offboarding for employees, including biometric enrollment/deletion, laptop assignments, and thorough handovers during exits.
Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous IT Sheets for all laptops, software licenses, and hardware assets.
Hard Disk Management: Manage lifecycle of external hard drives from procurement to inventory tracking and assignment records.
3. Software & Licensing
Console Management: Act as the administrator for creative and productivity suites, including Microsoft 365 (Intra), Canva, Envato, etc.
Compliance: Ensure all software licenses are up to date and correctly allocated to reduce downtime.
4. Technical Support & Data Operations
Troubleshooting: Provide rapid‐response support for laptop hardware/software issues and connectivity glitches.
Data Migration: Handle critical data transfers between physical hard disks, local servers, and Google Drive, ensuring zero data loss.
Fixed Assets: Initiate and document "Fixed Asset Forms" for all new IT equipment purchases.
Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with vendors for hardware procurement, software renewals, and equipment rentals.
6. Reporting & Strategic Planning
Monthly Asset Reporting: Conduct monthly audits and generate reports on the status, health, and location of all IT assets (Laptops, Licenses, HDD, etc.).
Capacity Planning: Forecast hardware requirements and software license renewals based on hiring plans and agency growth.
Budgeting: Assist in planning IT expenditure by providing data‐driven insights on equipment aging and replacement cycles.
Skills:
* Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Information Technology with 4+ years of relevant experience.
* Must have 3-4 years of strong experience with Apple Mac and Windows Operating System.
* Hands‐on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Drive, etc.), printer/scanner troubleshooting, network troubleshooting.
* Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
* Hands‐on experience installing well‐functioning LAN/WAN and other networks.
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, familiarity with remote desktop applications, help desk and ticketing software.
* Knowledge of CCTV(DVR/NVR) administration.
