What's the role?
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in a combinedOperations and Project delivery role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and delivering enterprise network solutions acrossdomestic (branch and corporate)andinternational sites, primarily built onCisco SD-WAN and Cisco SDA Campus architectures.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external service providers, active participation in project delivery and change implementation, and ownership of operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and support enterprise networks across branch, corporate, and international environments.
* Deliver network projects including design, implementation, and transition to operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, working closely with service providers and internal stakeholders.
* Implement and support network changes in line with change management processes.
* Support Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela) and Cisco SDA Campus Network deployments.
* Maintain and support wired, wireless, and routing/switching infrastructure.
* Participate in an on-call roster as per team requirements.
* Attend the office a few days per week to support team collaboration and as required for site‐specific troubleshooting.
What do I need?
* Minimum5 years' experiencein an enterprise network engineering role.
* Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts and architectures.
* Solid knowledge of:
o DNS, DHCP
o Basic firewall concepts
o Routing protocols such asBGP and OSPF
o Switching technologies and design principles
* Hands‐on experience withCisco SD-WAN (Viptela).
* Experience withCisco SDA Campus Network architecture and implementation.
* Strong understanding and operational experience withCisco DNA Center (DNAC).
* Experience withWireless networking, includingCisco Wireless and ISE.
* Exposure toITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
* Experience managingsmall to medium‐sized networks end‐to‐end.
* Exposure toenterprise network design and implementationactivities.
Automation & DevOps (Desirable)
* Scripting experience usingPython and/or Ansible.
* Familiarity with integrating automation into workflows using tools such asJenkins and Bitbucket.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in large, distributed enterprise environments.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
