As the Analytics Lead, you will lead the WesCEFAnalytics team and manage our data platforms, with responsibilityfor the end-to-end delivery of data analyticsservices.You’ll play a key role in shaping our data strategy andensuring we deliver impactful, reliable, and scalable analyticssolutions to support our diverse portfolio of businesses. Proactively manage risksand contribute insights to strategic IT&S initiatives usingdata-driven analysis.Stakeholder Engagement – Partnerwith business units and functional teams to understand needs,agree on priorities, and align team efforts with real-worldoutcomes.Solution Delivery – Help the teamdesign practical, innovative solutions using currenttechnologies and methods. Guide solution design reviews andencourage creative problem-solving.Standard Setting – Champion bestpractices and develop standards that support robust andscalable analytics solutions.Operational Management – Buildgovernance and operational processes that ensure analyticsservices are reliable, secure, and ready forproduction.Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, andsupport a capable team of professionals. Contribute to acollaborative and inclusive team culture. Oversee recruitmentand onboarding.Vendor Management – Managerelationships with external partners to deliver value andperformance.About YouYou’re a collaborative and strategic thinker with thetechnical insight and people skills to lead a strong team in adynamic environment. You bring a mix of experience, curiosity, andempathy—and you're committed to using data to solvereal-world problems.You may have a background in Computer Science or relatedfields—or you’ve developed your skills throughmeaningful project work.
