**About the Role**:
This position is responsible for understanding data quality, as well as supporting the Data Management Tools that manage our metadata management, data lineage and data quality monitoring.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Delve into the depths of data quality requirements alongside our stakeholders, crafting tantalising data quality specifications that set the stage for excellence.
- Keep our master reference data in a state of constant allure, ensuring it's as tantalising as it is accurate, complete, and timely.
- Support projects with a touch of data quality magic, from extraction to reconciliation, leaving no data stone unturned.
- Elevate our data quality processes to new heights of sophistication, leveraging industry best practices to ensure our data is always at its most irresistible.
- Prepare reports and presentations that captivate senior management, showcasing the allure and power of impeccable data quality.
**About You**:
- Revel in the art of Data Mining, crafting quality rules that leave a lasting impression on every line of business.
- Navigate the depths of data lakes and warehouses, emerging victorious with insights that leave others breathless.
- Master the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, leaving no metadata untouched by your charm.
**Desirable**:
- Prior experience in local government.
- Prepare to sweep us off our feet with your Tertiary qualification and at least 4 years' experience in the dance of data.
- Showcase your prowess in data analysis, with SQL as your secret weapon and advanced Excel as your trusted companion.
