**About the role**
We have an rare opportunity available for a **Store Person** to join our repair and fabrication workshop on Beach Street in Kwinana.
Reporting to the Senior Store person, this position is a permanent full-time role.
You are responsible for supporting the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse, including the receipting, storing, and dispatching of goods to support the facilities requirements by ensuring accurate goods receipt, picking, and recording of all stock movements.
**In this varied and interesting role, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Maintain and run the Maintenance store in an efficient and effective manner.
- Maintain housekeeping in stores area to a high standard.
- Order, receive, pick, issue and dispatch parts as required for the KHO Maintenance workshop Use and maintain the inventory management system for receivals, spare parts management, returns, quarantine, dispatch and rebuildable assets.
- Maintain the critical equipment registers and calibrations to ensure that all maintenance is carried out within the relative regulatory compliance.
- Provide a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
- Respond accurately and in a courteous, consistent, timely and fair manner to all customer requests, verbal and written.

You actively promote a safety culture and ensure personal conduct is highly professional. You demonstrate effective teamwork by working collaboratively with others to achieve the goals and objectives of the workshop's operating requirements.
You maintain a safe and tidy workplace ensuring control points/tasks are completed and followed, included being well organised with a high attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping and movement of stock.
At the same time, you will have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- 2 to 3 years suitable and relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift ticket.
- C Class driver's licence.
- High level problem solving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- High level attention to detail with demonstrated data entry experience.
- Experience in complying with workplace health and safety standard operating procedures and policies.
- Safely operating a forklift to ensure the safe stacking and racking of goods.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Respect differences, work well as part of a team and be adaptable and resilient.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills and demonstrated experience in navigating negative situations.
- The ability to maintain a high quality of work standards, productivity, and service.
