Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our Health and Safety team.
* Expertise in injury and claims management, including complex return-to-work case management
* Crafting early intervention services to facilitate recovery at work
* Conducting onsite assessments to develop effective return-to-work pathways
* Analyzing clinical information to support successful recovery and return-to-work outcomes
* Maintaining accurate and confidential injury management records
* Contributing to Safer Workplace Projects, delivering training on claims management, rehabilitation, return to work, safety, and wellbeing
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will collaborate with managers to identify strategies for successful return-to-work outcomes, prevent injury recurrence, and promote a positive health and wellbeing culture.
