What You'll Be Doing:
You'll manage end-to-end production scheduling for 850+ SKUs, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal plant efficiency. This includes creating detailed production plans, purchasing raw materials and packaging, maintaining accurate product master data, and managing inventory levels to meet service expectations while improving financial metrics.
You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders across operations, procurement, sales, and distribution, acting as a key communicator in a multifunctional planning team. The role offers significant influence over business outcomes, exposure to diverse manufacturing environments, and opportunities to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a passion for process optimisation in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.

What We're Looking for:
Tertiary qualification in a technical or supply chain-related discipline.
2+ years' experience in manufacturing supply chain, planning, or purchasing.
Extensive SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Strong analytical capability to interpret trends and develop actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage production planning and inventory processes effectively.
Skilled in continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple teams.
Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
