You will spearhead dynamic campaigns with impressive content partnerships across all key channels in offline, digital, and performance.

You will craft media plans and recommendations with a full-funnel and integrated approach, then mobilise and lean into craft teams to deliver best-in-class work.

You'll foster and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as their trusted partner and key point of contact.

You are the lynchpin of cross-functional teams and will drive a culture of connection and collaboration.

Your day-to-day will involve efficiently handling daily requirements of client stakeholders, preparing implementation planning responses, engaging in media planning activities, collaborating closely with team members, overseeing financial management, guiding client WIP sessions, promoting specialist services, ensuring clients are informed on general industry topics, anticipating client needs, and proactively driving the relationship with clients.

Key qualities include experience from a media agency, advertising, publishing background or similar, all-rounder media planning skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, strong client relationship and stakeholder management, strong understanding of the financial process, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to upskill and mentor junior members of the team, ability to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities, and a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth.
