We are a multi-site operater expanding into new stores. We are looking for a retail superstar to join our team as a Store Manager at our Brendale store. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations and be able to lead by example in setting standards. You will lead a small customer focused team to provide exceptional customer service and a retail shopping experience that provides variety and value. The Role:
Team Management:
* Foster a positive and productive work culture
* Manage and motivate employees to provide excellent customer service and store standards
* Recruit, Train and develop employees who will become retail champions
* Roster and scheduling
Customer Service:
* Ensure high level of customer service standards
* Address customer enquiries and resolve complaints
Sales Management:
* Monitor sales performance, set goals and targets and implement sales strategies
* Stock ordering and stock control
* Merchandising to achieve sales growth
Compliance and Safety
* Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and code of conduct and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail management or similar
* Passion and energy for working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Proven customer service experience
* Strong leadership skills with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team
* Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in MS office and POS retail Systems
