What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service or call centre experience
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
* Adaptable mindset and willingness to learn
* Business or farming/rural experience background (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Service:
Provide high-quality service across underwriting and claims, responding to enquiries and escalating complex matters when required.
2. Account Management:
Manage quotes, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and maintain accurate client records from onboarding through policy renewal.
3. Claims Handling:
Lodge and process claims within authority limits, liaise with suppliers, follow up on outstanding claims, and assist with dispute resolution.
4. Administration & Compliance:
Handle office administration including receipting, filing, credit control, banking, and ensure compliance with insurance guidelines and internal policies (Salesforce CRM).
5. Business Development Support:
Assist with marketing activities, proposals, and tailored insurance solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with industry developments, support quality assurance processes, and uphold company values and OH&S standards.
Experience & Training
* Assistant Account Executive: Full training provided; no insurance experience required
* Senior Account Executive: Prior insurance experience preferred
* Backgrounds in customer service, administration, claims, or sales are highly regarded
* Flexible work options available following the completion of training
