Skills and Experience might include: You are an experienced commercial property lawyer, with a broad practice including acquisitions and divestments, development and leasing You have experience in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions) You have experience dealing with landholders and titles The ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management and other asset-related issues You are experienced in managing and resolving legal issues, including engagement with tenants, contractors and other external stakeholders You have the ability to build and manage strong working relationships with senior executives and other key internal stakeholders You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise You have a minimum of 5 years' experience You have a current practising certificate You have the right to live and work in Australia Ashurst Reach: Ashurst Reach is Ashurst's dedicated flexible legal resourcing platform which provides the firm's clients and Practice Groups within the firm with access to a high quality talent pool of lawyers and paralegals.
