As our Administration Manager, you will be at the centre of a dynamic and evolving environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Staff rostering, recruitment, performance management, and training.
* Maintaining an open-door approach; Supporting staff through change, facilitating professional growth and providing a confidential approachable space
* Actively supporting your team on the ground while contributing to executive-level discussions
* Overseeing a large and growing workforce across a vast range of services including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, admissions & switchboard
* Leading with a balance of authority and empathy, upholding a culture of accountability, trust, and care
This role requires you to see both the big picture and the finer details, allowing you to guide administrative operations in a way that truly enhances the patient journey across the facility.

* A thorough handover from the outgoing Administration Manager to ensure a smooth transition

* You will be connected in with a mentor to provide ongoing support and guidance
