Senior Technical Training Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your experience in technical training and development to drive business growth. We are seeking a Senior Technical Training Specialist to join our team, providing expert guidance on the creation, delivery, and optimisation of technical training programs.
Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with significant experience in managing holistic technical development programs, preferably within the accounting industry. You will be responsible for working closely with senior leaders to coordinate delivery of timely and relevant training programs, addressing technical training needs by level and market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage national technical training schedule and Learning and Development budget, ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders.
* Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by team members.
* Lead national training projects as required, preparing ad hoc project/business initiative reports and status updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A qualified Chartered Accountant with significant client-facing tax experience (>5 years postgraduate experience), including working knowledge of the Australian taxation regime.
* Experience (or demonstrated interest in) managing a holistic technical development program.
* Ability to critically analyse technical materials and programs and conduct gap analyses to align with technical competencies.
