About the Role
As Front Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day front office operations while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for guests, residents, and staff. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and building strong relationships.
You will live onsite and assist with after-hours enquiries (5:00pm-8:30am), with systems and support in place to ensure this is manageable and well structured.
The expected start date for this position is within one month.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams
* Working Reception and Front Office as required
* Managing and ordering linen and cleaning supplies
* Rostering, recruitment, and training of Front Office staff
* Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally
* Responding to after-hours enquiries (5:00pm-8:30am)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 12 months' experience in an administration or front office role
* High standards of grooming and presentation
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* A positive, proactive, and service-focused attitude
* The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience with REI Master is preferred but not essential
* Confidence in managing and leading a small team
