Our client is one of the largest Timber manufacturers facility. They are currently seeking operators to join their team.

Schedule & Location
* Days: Tuesday – Friday (4 Days)
* Hours: 06:30 AM – 04:30 PM(30 minuts lunch unpaid break) [9.5 hours per day]
* Location: 1 hr Drive from Pakenham
Duties include, but are not limited to: As a Machine Operator Your duties will include:
* Machine Operation: Setting up and operating timber processing machinery (Saws, Planers, or CNC machines) according to safety standards.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring output to ensure all timber cuts meet specific dimensions and grade requirements.
* Material Handling: Loading raw timber into machines and safely stacking finished products.
* Safety First: Maintaining a clean workspace and strictly adhering to OH&S protocols (Timber dust management, PPE, and manual handling).
Mandatory Requirements
* Physical Fitness: Ability to handle repetitive lifting and stand for the duration of a 9.5-hour shift.
* Reliability: Since we work a 4-day week, being present and on time for all four shifts is essential.
* PPE: Must have your own Steel Cap boots and High-Vis gear.
Qualifications:
* Experience using hand tools
* Be reliable and physically fit in general
* A strong commitment to safety
* Excellent attendance and employment record.
Must not have allergies to dust or wood sawdust.
