Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for onboarding new members across the liquor and food retail sectors, supporting them through a robust business model designed to maximise profitability and market presence. This is a strategic, high-impact role where your relationship-building skills and commercial mindset will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Identifying and converting new member opportunities
* Supporting new members with onboarding and business modelling
* Delivering compelling, data-led proposals
* Driving promotional campaign excellence in-store
* Growing uptake of private label products
* Reporting on pipeline activity and market engagement
* Representing the group at industry events and networking forums
* Travelling interstate as required
The Successful Applicant
You will be a confident and commercially savvy sales executive or business development professional with:
* 5+ years' experience in liquor, hospitality, or wholesale supply
* A strong understanding of supply chains, POS systems, and ordering platforms
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
* A current RSA certification
* Self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
