About the Role
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio within a supportive, process-driven team that values strong culture and clear systems. This primarily in-office role includes dedicated support for field tasks, so you can focus on your priorities — delivering great service and building genuine client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a clean, well-organised portfolio with strong rental provider engagement
* Handle maintenance requests
* Prepare lease renewals, VCAT documentation, and attend hearings when required
* Building strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors
* Work closely with our Investment Property Consultant on client onboarding
About You
You're a seasoned property manager who values professionalism, communication, and teamwork. You take pride in your work and enjoy supporting a strong client experience.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential Property Management
* A current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy laws and best practice procedures
* A current Australian's Driver License
* Exceptional communication skills with a client-first mindset
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
* A positive, solutions-focused approach
* Confidence using modern CRM and inspection software
