About The Opportunity
They are seeking a Structural Product Designer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Design and develop structural packaging concepts using CAD software
Create and test physical and digital packaging prototypes for performance
Prepare estimates and quotes for custom-manufactured packaging solutions
Select packaging materials balancing cost, performance, and sustainability
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver production-ready packaging designs
Produce clear technical documentation and monitor packaging industry trends
Engage with customers to gather requirements and support design solutions
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
Proficiency in CAD software such as ArtiosCAD, Esko Studio, Fusion 360
Strong knowledge of packaging materials and related manufacturing processes
Experience using 3D rendering and physical or digital prototyping tools
Strong problem-solving skills with analytical and logical thinking
Clear communication skills with effective cross-functional collaboration
High attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage customer relationships
